These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the betjee platform, including the website at betjee.lat, any associated mobile interfaces, and all betting, gaming, and account services provided therein (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the betjee Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and betjee ("the Operator", "we", "us"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. betjee reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Pakistani users are solely responsible for ensuring their participation in online betting and gaming activities complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their province, city, or jurisdiction. betjee makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
2.1 Age Requirement. The betjee Platform is strictly available to persons aged 18 years and above. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for persons under the legal gambling age to engage in gambling activities. By registering, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. betjee may at any time request documentary evidence of age (e.g., CNIC, passport) and reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where age cannot be verified.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. You must access betjee from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. By registering, you warrant that you are legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming in your jurisdiction. betjee does not accept liability for User non-compliance with local laws.
2.3 Account Registration. To use the betjee Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including a valid Pakistani mobile number. You may hold only one betjee account at any time. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of associated funds pending review.
2.4 KYC Verification. betjee may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or as required by applicable regulations. Required documents may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betjee login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. betjee will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must ensure all personal information provided during registration and any subsequent KYC process is accurate and up to date. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.3 Account Notifications. You must promptly notify betjee support if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation or if you suspect any security breach. Notification may be made via the contact email listed on the Platform.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. betjee currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Payment method availability may change from time to time without notice.
4.2 Deposit Currency. All deposits to and withdrawals from the betjee Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion costs, if any, are the sole responsibility of the User.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. betjee reserves the right to apply a source-of-funds review prior to processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever practicable.
4.4 Deposit Limits. betjee may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits which may vary by payment method and account status. Users may request lower personal deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools in their account settings.
4.5 Bonus Funds. Where a deposit is associated with a bonus offer, the withdrawal of funds may be subject to wagering requirements. Bonus terms specific to each promotion are stated at the time of the offer and form part of these Terms.
5.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on the betjee Platform are subject to the applicable sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform. These rules supplement but do not replace these Terms.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. betjee reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of odds manipulation, data errors, or irregular betting patterns. A bet is only confirmed once accepted by the Platform and a confirmation reference is issued.
5.3 Void Bets. Bets may be voided and stakes returned where: an event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; a manifest pricing error is identified; or system or data errors affect the integrity of the market. In such cases, betjee's decision is final.
5.4 Casino & Slot Games. All casino and slot game outcomes on betjee are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or by live dealers in real-time studio environments. Game results are final once confirmed by the game system. betjee is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a User's in-game decisions.
6.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers available on betjee are subject to individual eligibility criteria stated within each offer. betjee reserves the right to exclude Users from specific promotions for any operational or compliance reason.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds applicable to each bonus are detailed in the individual offer terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. betjee actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee bonus clearance; placing offsetting bets across markets; and multi-accounting to claim the same offer multiple times. betjee reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and close accounts where abuse is detected.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses are subject to an expiry period stated in the specific offer terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically forfeited.

All content on the betjee Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interface design, and data — is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of betjee.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betjee shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of winnings, or financial loss arising from system outages or technical errors.
9.2 betjee's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
9.3 betjee makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the Operator is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents betjee from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
